We are looking for Interns to be part of our team. As interns, you will have opportunities to work closely with different lines of our business to improve overall customer user satisfaction to help the team achieve its business objectives.


With a gini experience, you will have breadth and depth which will allow you to better identify your career objectives by gaining thorough understanding in one professional area. If you thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic, and fun team environment – this is for you.

Responsibilities include a combination of the following:

  • Assist in marketing and/or PR campaigns such as, bilingual content development, social media channels management, media relations

  • Handle designs for marketing, advertising and internal materials

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure quality of brand assets

  • Participate in our roadshow campaigns with incentives for top performers

  • Assist incoming queue of projects, bugs and requests

  • Assisting in our day-to-day operations

  • Clearly and succinctly communicate to business partners and internal teams

  • Effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required

  • Work across multiple teams to successfully deliver our vision to our customers

  • Work directly with business partners/stakeholders to research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution for issues in a timely manner

  • Assist in creating and presenting high level metrics to help our team understand the big picture

Requirements include a combination of the following:

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in some marketing and/or graphic design

  • Strong digital marketing sense detail-oriented, capable of working independently

  • Preferably knowledge of design tools, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch

  • Preferably knowledgeable or interested in the social media and influencer space

  • Communicates clearly and proficient in English and Chinese (Traditional)

  • Highly organized self-starter

  • Strong interest in fintech and working in a fast-growing startup

  • Able to absorb and apply new technologies and features quickly

  • Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers

  • Ultimately, a genuine and strong willingness to learn
